When ordering or registering on our site (Javaika), as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to content or settings saved within the programs deployed on our website. This may be done within the programs themselves under:

1) File - Save Settings
2) File - Save Workspace
3) File - Clear Settings
4) File - Clear Workspace

Selecting either save settings or save workspace will remove all old content or settings and be replaced with new content or settings the user chooses to save. Selecting either clear settings or clear workspace will remove all content (of that specific program) posted by the user from our database.

Children Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at privacy.mail@javaika.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
