This text analysis tool returns all the words used in an inputted text, displayed in a list including
the frequency of occurrence for each specific word.
Selecting the dropdown 'Select (f)' give the number of unique words that have a certain frequency of
occurrence in a given text.
The list after the analysis can be sorted by using the frequency or alphabetical check box.
The analyser also returns the total number of words, unique words and number of sentences in the text.
