This tool calculates the surface area or volume of a shape or solid.

A range of different shapes (3D solid or 2D shape) are available under the shape menu. To calculate the volume or surface area for the solid or shape, select a shape and an attribute to calculate. Attributes supported include circumference, surface area or volume of selected shape. Next, select dimensions you are given within the problem and enter these within appropriate text fields. The fields are appropriately marked with descriptive text inside. Click 'calculate' to show results. Pressing 'clear' will remove results from the calculator display.
